The Network and Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's network and infrastructure systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system availability, and collaborating with the IT support team to enhance IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of network engineering, and the ability to communicate complex IT concepts effectively.

Handle network and infrastructure-related issues and support the IT support team.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability.

• Perform network engineering, troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration across various environments.

• Ensure infrastructure systems remain operational during production hours.

• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and implement improvements in IT solutions.

• Analyze root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.

• Monitor system security, conduct testing, and identify critical vulnerabilities timely.

• Assess technical controls and recommend areas for improvement.

• Conduct user access controls and verifications.

• Ensure software services comply with security standards.

• Provide necessary technologies and training for staff.

• Set up and manage user accounts and application permissions.

• Respond promptly to security incidents and gather relevant information.

• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, network, and system failures.

• Configure, test, deploy, and upgrade software for all workstations.

• Work closely with the IT support team.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.

• 3 Years Experience with data center infrastructure and facilities.

• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
