Job Description

To achieve and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction by executing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Execute sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans and capture them.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

  • Identify training needs and organize regular training sessions for the sales team.

  • Review and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales processes.

  • Ensure the sales team follows established sales processes and best practices.

  • Implement and monitor the use of sales tools and technologies.

  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising sales performance.

Generic Duties

  • Develop and implement the Unit’s plans and objectives.

  • Develop and monitor the Unit’s budgets.

  • Identify human resources requirements of the Unit and develop plan for meeting the 79 requirements.

  • Prepare and submit Unit reports to relevant organs.

  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.

  • Manage disciplinary concerns of the Unit’s staff.

  • Represent the Unit in internal and external relationships

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
