Job Description
To achieve and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction by executing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
Execute sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Identify new market opportunities and develop plans and capture them.
Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Identify training needs and organize regular training sessions for the sales team.
Review and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales processes.
Ensure the sales team follows established sales processes and best practices.
Implement and monitor the use of sales tools and technologies.
Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising sales performance.
Develop and implement the Unit’s plans and objectives.
Develop and monitor the Unit’s budgets.
Identify human resources requirements of the Unit and develop plan for meeting the 79 requirements.
Prepare and submit Unit reports to relevant organs.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
Manage disciplinary concerns of the Unit’s staff.
Represent the Unit in internal and external relationships
Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry OR
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
