Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that the workshop and surrounding environments are kept clean, orderly, and safe.
Oversee the condition and setup of all workstations to ensure they are functional and ergonomic.
Manage and maintain all electrical and hand tools, ensuring they are in safe, working condition and regularly inspected.
Monitor and manage availability of standard materials used in the workshop (e.g. fasteners, lubricants, and sealants).
Ensure stock levels are maintained and properly stored for easy access and traceability.
Maintain part of the spare parts inventory relevant to workshop activities.
Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and issuance of parts as per procedures.
Maintain accurate records of tool inspections, material usage, and spare part movements.
Monitor the availability and accessibility of machine manuals, ensuring both hard copy and soft copy versions are up-to-date and properly stored.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to workshop tasks.
Support and follow up on ISO standardization efforts by ensuring documentation is in line with quality and safety system requirements.
Job Requirements
BSC Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field
More than 2 years' experience required
Solid understanding of tools (electrical and manual), mechanical systems, and general maintenance practices.
Familiarity with reading and using machine manuals, SOPs, and technical drawings
