Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the formulation of the material preparation work plan.

• Set up machines and equipment for material preparation.

• Interpret material preparation works specification, drawing, and maintenance manual to workers, and assigned Machine Operators and Assistants.

• Demonstrate proper operation of equipment and tools as needed to ensure employee safety and utilization of machine capability.

• Ensure proper care is taken for manpower, facilities, and company documents such as material preparation work manuals, drawings, and others.

• Solve minor and frequent technical problems and assist workers in solving such problems.

• Assist in the development of specifications for the purchase of material inputs.

• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase operational efficiency of the production unit.

• Prepare various reports about material preparation unit work performance and availability of parts.

• Assist in the development of specifications for the purchase of material preparation tools.

• Recommend an improvement idea for increasing production work performance.

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields with three (3) years’ experience.

• Experience in Electrode Manufacturing is a Plus
