Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the input & output quantity.

• Maintain the accuracy of the input & output with   required ratio.

• Planning and achieving monthly production plan.

• Look after all the operation related to re-cut operation.

• Responsible for proper management of operators, creating a good team spirit and motivating his/her subordinates to get the desired output.

• Responsible for labor turn over & absenteeism of Machine operators.

• Allocated order quantity has to be achieved as per the planning report.

• End line rejection percentage has to be maintained at minimum level.

• Responsible for AQL & other audit failure.

• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintaining at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.

• Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment.

• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and top management.

Job Requirements

• Education

Advanced university degree in Textile, garment or other related fields. graduated in 2018-2019
