Job Description

The Foreign Procurement Junior Officer will assist in the procurement of goods and services from international suppliers. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting international suppliers.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.

  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and pricing trends.

  • Support the Foreign Procurement Manager in negotiating terms and conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 1 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
