Job Description

 General Manager of a transport and logistics company, you'll lead and oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring efficient operations, strong customer relationships, and profitability, while managing a team and adhering to industry regulations.

Leadership and Management:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement the company's overall strategy for transport and logistics, aligning with business objectives.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of transport and logistics professionals, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Performance Management:

Set performance goals, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback to team members.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the company's budget for transport and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. 

Operational Management:

Logistics Operations:

Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Transportation Management:

Manage the company's transportation network, including vehicle fleet, routes, and logistics service providers.

Warehousing Management:

Oversee the company's warehouses, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and order processing.

Supply Chain Management:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Job Requirements
