We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Technical Manager to join our growing pharmaceutical division.

The Pharmaceutical Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the pharmaceutical Department. Procurement, quality control, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures all pharmaceutical operations meet both local and international standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements (EFDA) and international pharmaceutical standards.

• Oversee the quality assurance of pharmaceutical products.

• Provide technical support during tender preparation and submission.

• Liaise with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

• Supervise storage and distribution processes to ensure GMP and GDP standards.

• Provide training and guidance to relevant staff

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy

• Valid professional license from the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA).

• Expereince: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical import, distribution, or manufacturing.

• In-depth knowledge of EFDA regulations, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

• Experience in product registration, dossier preparation, and regulatory submissions.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Amharic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant pharmaceutical management software.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Experience in pharmaceutical product selection based on market needs, treatment guidelines, and demand forecasts.

• Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify high-demand products and competitive pricing strategies.

• Previous experience in tender document preparation is highly desirable.
