Job Summery
Accountant is responsible to oversees the company’s accounting department .They take ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization‘s report from cost productive and margins all the way down to expenditures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
After having payment request, check the item and purchase requests that approved by authorized person
Prepare Payment request and payment voucher with proper coding according to chart of account using excess.
Payment should be Certify by senior staff and approved by finance manager and summit the payment to main casher
Prepare Advance payment requisition and Settle the advance with the actual receipt
Collect payment vouchers from casher office or general archive and check for complying to statutory regulation with store formality & post at proper account.
Collect cash receipts from main casher/ collectors and post at proper chart of account
Post sales invoice (order , deliver, invoice) by ERP system at proper account
Check completeness of the document & file on proper box file
Follow Bank Balance by adding Deposit and deducting all check and debit Advice
Reconcile Bank Statement.
Report daily sales report via e-mail. Post all invoice, receipt GRN and SIV in a proper income and cost sector under proper account
Post sales invoice (order , deliver, invoice) by ERP system proper account
Perform all work that given by the Senior Accountant staff
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of proven and progressive work experience, preferably in Service Area
IFRS certification is advantageous
Good skills in computer application in Peachtree accounting software and ERP
