Job Description
The parts counter analyst is expected to oversee counter representatives and support staff to ensure customer service standards are consistently exceeded, with a focus on fostering excellence in the performance of all count room personnel's assigned duties
Responsibilities
Organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities and priorities to ensure the successful operation of the parts sales department
Provide regular and timely feedback that recognizes performance, motivates employees, and promotes self-development
Communicate with and coach employees on assignments, providing technical and sales expertise as needed
Select, train, develop, and coach employees consistent with department/division goals
Monitor parts and service sales progress against established sales targets
Account for all variances extended to attain sales goals
Maintain product support (parts) department direct and capital expenses within budgeted figures
Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.SC.) from well-known college or university
Have one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
