Marta Food Complex is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Research and Development Expert to join our dynamic team. We are a leading food manufacturing company specializing in biscuits and cookies, committed to innovation and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
Develop and implement product development strategies for biscuits and cookies
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to innovate new products
Design and execute marketing strategies to promote product launches and brand growth
Monitor product performance and gather consumer feedback for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry regulations and food safety standards

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in product development and marketing strategies within the food manufacturing sector
Strong background in the biscuit and cookie industry is highly preferable
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects
Relevant degree in Marketing, Food Science, or related field with more than 5years of proven experience in reputed organizations.
