Job Description
Provide complete, accurate and timely agent vs. actual POS sales data reports on weekly basis, and reconciling, and cross-checking with the AX data, prepare reports on findings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with Agents and Sales team on orders and invoices.
Crate sales Quotes in the system based on orders.
Perform all sales invoices as per product issue voucher and sales orders.
Perform sales order status report
Make sure all relevant taxes are applied on the invoices
Record and follow up MERF for free issue shipments
Never disclose any financial information without the approval of department head or the person in charge.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance/ management/marketing management/business administration or related fields.
0 to 1 years’ respective experience
Know how on (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Experience in cash register machines
Basic understanding of all relevant tax laws and regulations
Training and practical experience in Accounting Software/ERP preferably AX Dynamics.
Good Language skills on English, Amharic, and other local languages
