Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, development Study, Economics, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures Project Consortium’s MEAL planning, monitoring and evaluation processes meet the donor/ sector standards and comply with both internal and external requirements - Participate in creating the final external evaluation framework as well as selection and support of the external evaluator. - Provides technical support in activity and conduct of result-based monitoring (Surveys, FGDs, KIIs, etc.) in the field, including ensuring that project teams and MEAL officers and enumerators follow the instructions/agreed methodology.

Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sociology, Agroecology, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate and implement gender-related activities under the FARM project in the Tigray and Afar regions, working closely with the Bureau of Women and the Bureau of Health to promote gender equity and inclusion. - Review contracts of implementing partners in the Tigray and Afar regions to ensure integration of E&S clauses, code of conduct, and other measures from the project ESMP and ensure that E&S risks are effectively managed during construction works. - Validating screening results with the Tigray regional Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) and Afar regional Environmental Protection Authority.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Public Health, Gender Studies, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years broad experience in project management in development and humanitarian settings under INGO environment. 

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Land Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2Yrs & Above Experience in Extensive Involvement in right of Way related tasks or Social Impact Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation or Preparation of Social Impact Mitigation Plans or Experience in Livelihood Restoration Activities.   

TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Political Sciences, International Public Law, Anthropology, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Representing MSF externally together with the Project Coordinator (PC) or alone (when delegated) and negotiating on behalf of the project coordination in close cooperation with the PC and based on beforehand agreed messaging. Assisting in safeguarding and promoting MSF’s image externally -  Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key issues (security, risk, etc.) to the Project Coordinator and providing contextual information, through a sound knowledge of counterparts, parties, actors, authorities and military groups, in different administrations/parties and governorates/districts in order to improve understanding and decision making processes. Maintaining the security database and providing a biweekly context analysis based on recent incidents and developments

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duty Station: Surma Woreda, West Omo Zone Duties and Responsibilities: - Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Zonal Project Coordinator, the Woreda Coordinator works closely with the district health office and is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program activities in the district, including health education, awareness-raising, surveillance, rumor investigation, case containment, training, documenting and reporting activities, and delivering program results.  - Collects, updates, analyzes, and maintains information required to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate program activities and conduct risk assessment and analysis to identify villages and kebeles at risk of receiving imported cases and intensifies surveillance and awareness raising activities.
