Job Description
Duty station:- Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the survey and valuation of a wide variety of properties, including both domestic (residential) and non-domestic (commercial, industrial) properties for purposes such as rating, council tax, sales, or loans
Measure, inspect, and record construction details for new and altered properties, including drawing floor plans and preparing survey reports
Collect and analyze data such as sales, costs, and rental evidence to support valuations and revaluations
Prepare valuation reports based on approved schemes and provide support in more complex valuation cases under supervision.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
No experience required.
