Job Description
CAREMENT is a fast-growing Ethiopian apparel manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality garments for both local and international markets. Located strategically in Addis Ababa, Jemo Michael area, CAREMENT operates with a structured production system and a dedicated workforce that includes skilled operators, supervisors, technicians, and management professionals. The company specializes in producing fashion wear and casual garments using a range of modern machinery and in-house design capabilities.

In line with Ethiopia’s industrialization goals and the demands of global supply chains, CAREMENT aims to expand its footprint through franchising, export readiness, and product diversification under its emerging brand identity.
Manage job advertisements, interviews, hiring processes, and contract issuance.
Lead onboarding, training, and orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure consistent implementation of labor laws and company policies.
Handle grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leave, and personnel records using manual or digital systems.
Supervise cleaners, security guards, and general service teams.
Oversee the upkeep of buildings, office supplies, and staff accommodations (if applicable).
Support procurement and logistics for non-production-related items.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR or general service management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Solid knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and employment standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Experience managing support teams and facility services.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Fluency in Amharic; good English skills are preferred.
