Job Description

In line with Ethiopia’s industrialization goals and the demands of global supply chains, CAREMENT aims to expand its footprint through franchising, export readiness, and product diversification under its emerging brand identity.
Monitor and control all stock activities to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Maintain up-to-date stock cards, bin cards, and inventory records.
Ensure proper documentation and system entry of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with records.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of all storage areas.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory best practices.
Identify and report obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged stock.
Train and guide storekeepers on stock procedures and discipline.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR and general service reports for management review.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of stock handling systems (manual and digital).
Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits.
Experience using Excel or inventory management software.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in Amharic; basic English is a plus.
