Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist the manger to take care of the daily operation of the showroom; 

  2. Organize and maintain sales contracts, vehicle records, customer files and other documentations;

  3. Manage daily paper work (e.g. quotations, purchase orders, stock status, sales data etc.);

  4. Assist with internal processes (expense reports, procurement requests, office supplies);

  5. Prepare sales performance reports (weekly/monthly summaries);

  6. Answer phone calls, record potential inquiries;

  7. Record staff attendance, schedule meetings, and take minutes; 

  8. Ensure promotional materials (brochures, posters) are well-stocked and displayed; 

Salary Level: 60000-70000 BIRR / month

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  1. Fluent English and Chinese language;

  2. Can understand the English and Chinese documents;

  3. Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);

  4. Accurate data entry and documentation;

  5. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;

  6. Good at communication and be professional and courteous with clients and team members;
