Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product specialists) to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends.
Provide product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Act as a liaison between the company and the client, providing post-sales support and training for laboratory equipment or medical devices.
Troubleshoot basic client issues and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target customers.
Provide feedback from clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and stay updated on industry trends.
Continuously update knowledge of laboratory techniques and technologies to remain a credible resource for clients.
