Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sectors.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product specialists) to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends.

  • Provide product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and the client, providing post-sales support and training for laboratory equipment or medical devices.

  • Troubleshoot basic client issues and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target customers.

  • Provide feedback from clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Continuously update knowledge of laboratory techniques and technologies to remain a credible resource for clients.
