Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior administrators as needed
