Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate student and staff records using the school’s digital systems

• Handle registration data, class lists, grade reports, and transcripts

• Support school departments in record generation and data verification

• Coordinate with IT and academic departments to ensure data accuracy and security

• Respond to internal and external record-related inquiries in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies

• Assist in the implementation and usage of the school’s ERP/SIMS

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in academic institutions or data/records management roles is preferred Strong attention to detail and proficiency in record management systems

Professional Competencies and Required Skills:

• Strong IT skills including proficiency in:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.)

• Database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL Server)

• Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP, or similar platforms

• Data entry and accuracy: Fast, error-free data input with attention to detail

• Data security and confidentiality: Understanding of best practices for data protection and integrity

• Communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with staff, students, and parents
