BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the full recruitment and on boarding process (job postings, screening, interviews, induction). - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. - Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee data. - Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness. - Oversee attendance, leave administration, and performance management systems. - Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian labour laws and internal policies. - Organize and coordinate training programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration and Development Management, Business Management, Political science, Governance and Development Studies, or related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring, and preparing job offers. - Mediating disputes, resolving grievances, participating in labor relations and negotiations, and promoting a positive workplace environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic human capital plans. - Lead and improve talent acquisition processes to attract high-quality candidates. - Conduct periodic reviews of recruitment policies and update them based on best practices. - Analyze workforce data and prepare workforce analytics reports. - Support the planning and implementation of short, medium, and long-term workforce needs.

BA Degree in Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

MA or BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of experience as Principal/Team leader/Senior Officer in talent management & development areas preferably in a sharia compliant financial institution. Professional Certification in HRM is advantageous.
