Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.

• Ensure successful implementation of the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum and uphold international education standards.

• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in teaching and learning.

• Lead and supervise the academic, operational, and administrative teams.

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and external stakeholders

Job Requirement

• Master’s Degree (MSC or MBA), PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, School Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience in an international school setting.

• At least 2 years of proven experience preferably working with the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A clear understanding of international best practices in education
