Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Ensure successful implementation of the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum and uphold international education standards.
Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in teaching and learning.
Lead and supervise the academic, operational, and administrative teams.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and external stakeholders
Job Requirement
Master’s Degree (MSC or MBA), PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, School Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience in an international school setting.
At least 2 years of proven experience preferably working with the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A clear understanding of international best practices in education
Location: – Addis Ababa
