Job Description

Job Objective: Managing all aspects of the SYNTRANS HR Operations including the resource/capacity planning, HR service implementation, and maintenance for the function, & coordinate HR staff and provide support for banks people and organizational strategies to business strategies and objectives while applying appropriate levels of confidentiality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise all HR activities.
• Ensuring all HR Transaction processes (payroll, discipline, employee welfare) are efficiently and effectively deployed
• Implementing the recruitment process.
• Participate in interviews panel.
• Obtaining feedback on HR issues from the assigned area and using the feedback to recommend and implement improvements in HR strategic and operational product and service delivery,
• Ensure HR forms, supervise employee’s data and file management safety.
• Partners with businesses perform various data analysis required in making operational or other business decisions.
• Support for HR initiatives implementation as needed.
• Manage employee compliance, reporting and auditing
• Advice and response on employees’ HR related inquiries.
• Support to handle employee grievance as per the HR procedures.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary
• Submit reports periodically and as required.
• Updates and maintains qualified/approved suppliers for use in the procurement process.
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls all functions related to purchasing, storing and distributing, general services and property administration of the company.

Job Requirement

Educational and Professional Requirements

BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 6 years of experience respectively of which 4 years as senior officer/team leader in human resource management /development area
