Job Description
Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Translate company-wide real estate sales strategies into actionable plans across all assigned areas.
Ensure Sales Managers effectively execute strategies to meet unit booking, revenue, and collection targets.
Monitor performance metrics and enforce corrective action plans where needed.
Lead, train, and motivate Area Sales Managers to build high-performing sales teams.
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans.
Foster a results-driven culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
Review and manage sales pipelines, customer conversion funnels, and inventory movement across areas.
Support Sales Managers in deal structuring, negotiation, and high-value client engagements.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates across teams.
Maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, corporate buyers, and channel partners.
Address and resolve high-level client concerns escalated from regional teams.
Support area teams in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Consolidate area-wise reports for weekly/monthly reviews with the Sales Director.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for intervention.
Provide insights on pricing, product feedback, and regional market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Relations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.
Share field-level insights to improve marketing campaigns and project positioning.
Coordinate with Finance for payment collections and credit risk management.
Develop and implement the Unit’s plans and objectives.
Develop and monitor the Unit’s budgets.
Identify human resources requirements of the Unit and develop plan for meeting the requirements.
Prepare and submit Unit reports to relevant organs.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
Manage disciplinary concerns of the Unit’s staff.
Represent the Unit in internal and external relationships.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of nine (9) years of demonstrated experience, with at least five (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
