Job Description
● Manage and track the progress of all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for development projects from various governmental and regulatory agencies.
● Prepare and submit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
● Liaise with relevant authorities and build positive working relationships to expedite the approval process.
● Proactively identify potential roadblocks or delays in the approval process and develop mitigation strategies.
● Manage the process of obtaining title deeds for completed residential units.
● Liaise with legal teams, land registry offices, and other relevant authorities to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of ownership.
● Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for title deed applications.
● Track the progress of title deed processing and proactively address any issues or delays.
● Facilitate inspections, audits, or site visits as required by authorities.
● Build relationships with external stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, utility providers, and legal representatives.
● Address and resolve issues, conflicts, or concerns raised by external stakeholders.
● Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to permits, approvals, contracts, title deeds and compliance reports.
● Maintain accurate records of all communication and correspondence with external parties.
● Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of permits, approvals, and liaison activities.
● Engage with local communities and understand their concerns and expectations regarding the company’s projects.
● Address complaints or grievances from community members in a timely and effective manner.
● Assist the project management team in resolving delays caused by external factors.
● Provide input on project plans based on regulatory and stakeholder considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Project Management or related fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience.
