The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, punctual, and confidential transportation services to company executives. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and flexibility to accommodate dynamic schedules and extended hours. The Executive Driver ensures the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and adheres to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive executives to and from official appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off, considering traffic and weather conditions.

  • Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle to ensure cleanliness, fuel level, and roadworthiness.

  • Schedule regular maintenance and report any issues immediately.

  • Ensure the vehicle is clean (interior and exterior) at all times.

  • Assist with loading and unloading of documents, luggage, or parcels when necessary.

  • Ensure the safety of the executives during travel by following traffic laws and defensive driving practices.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business-related conversations and travel details.

  • Maintain a vehicle logbook, recording mileage, destinations, fuel usage, and maintenance records.

  • Be prepared to respond promptly in case of vehicle breakdowns, emergencies, or sudden schedule changes.

  • Maintain knowledge of alternative routes and emergency contacts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Completed Grade 12

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or in a corporate setting.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

• Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and security protocols.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adjust to changes in schedule.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
