Job Description
Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing of office documents and records.
Provide administrative assistance to HR and other office staff on day-to-day tasks.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments for the HR department.
Assist in arranging internal office meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes when necessary.
Purchase small office supplies and items from nearby shops as per office needs.
Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.
Prepare letters, memos, and simple reports as assigned.
Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Monitor office supplies inventory and report when replenishment is required.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of office common areas in coordination with cleaning staff.
Support the coordination of travel bookings and accommodations for office staff when needed.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the HR/Admin Officer or management.
Female candidates only.
BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related fields.
Experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate in English clearly.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
