General Overview of Position 

As a Primary School Instructor, you will foster academic growth and holistic development in students through innovative teaching practices, differentiated instruction, and a supportive classroom culture. You will play a key role in shaping learners during their most formative years. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning: 

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Pearson Curriculum and national standards. 

• Integrate cross-curricular approaches that support 21st-century skills. 

Instructional Delivery: 

• Use student-centered methods and active learning strategies. 

• Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles. 

Assessment & Reporting: 

• Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments. 

• Provide clear feedback and maintain accurate academic records. 

Classroom Management: 

• Establish routines that create a positive, inclusive learning environment. 

• Foster student independence, collaboration, and responsibility. 

Parent Communication: 

• Maintain regular communication with parents on academic and behavioral progress. 

Team Collaboration: 

• Work collaboratively with grade-level and subject teams to share best practices. 

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field (master’s preferred). 
• Recognized teaching certification. 
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary-level education. 
• Familiarity with the Pearson Curriculum is an asset. 

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs or working alongside SEN specialists is highly valued. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for child development.
