Position Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proficient and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the HR department in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.

  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Employee Onboarding

  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training.

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  • Provide support for employee development and performance improvement.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and design relevant programs.

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate compensation.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.

Compliance and Record Keeping

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation securely.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare reports on various HR activities for management.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in workforce planning and talent management strategies.

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 

  • Experience: Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources functions, i.e., in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

    • Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.

    • Understanding of payroll processes and software.

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

    • Experience with performance appraisal tools and methods.

    • Skills in designing and delivering training programs.

    • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
