Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborates with Internal Audit Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive Internal Internal Audit plan based on risk assessments. - Supervises internal audit staff to ensure engagement work is complete, accurate and conforms with internal auditing standards and in conformity to the policies and procedures of the company. - Plans, leads and executes internal audit engagements, which include operational, compliance, and financial audits.

MA or BA Degree in Business, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years of experience supporting finance activities on a USAID-funded project and knowledge of USAID rules and regulations.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage advances and payable aging within the allowable time frame through prudent budgeting and closely monitoring of activities of requestors.   - Ensure timely submission of expense reports, bank reconciliations and wire transfer requests to RTI corporate headquarters.     - Reconcile petty cash fund on a monthly basis. 

A High school Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Driving, maintaining and servicing the project vehicles in keeping with the highest safety standards. - Ensuring proper long-term and day-to-day maintenance of all vehicles, including checking oil and other fluids, battery, brakes, tires, and other critical equipment. - Performing pick-ups, deliveries, repairs and making purchases of office supplies as directed by the supervisor.
