• Assist with field research and communication in local coffee farms

• Support the coordination of sourcing, processing, and logistics

• Provide translation and liaison support between Chinese and local partners

• Participate in quality control and preliminary training sessions

• Help collect and report data for agricultural and business insights

Who We Are Looking For

• We are looking for male candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently living in a coffee-producing region in Ethiopia (e.g., Sidama, Yirgacheffe, Jimma, etc.)

• Can communicate effectively in English

• Basic driving skills preferred (valid driver's license is an advantage)

• Experience in the coffee industry is highly desirable — from farming, processing, logistics to café operation

• Background in agriculture or related studies is required
