Position Title: Finance Manager for a for profit company located at Sami Building , Gerji Reports To: Managing Director, Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with a strong academic background in Accounting and Finance (Master’s level) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, particularly within for-profit organizations. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on expertise in grant accounting and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage grant accounting processes, including donor reporting, fund tracking, and compliance with grant conditions.

  • Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

  • Supervise finance team members and support their professional development.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong track record in for-profit organizations.

  • Proven experience in managing grants and donor-funded projects.

  • Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
