Position: Senior Accountant
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and executing daily, monthly, and annual financial transactions and tasks. Specific responsibilities include:
Monitoring and managing bank transactions, including payments, transfers, receivables, and payables;
Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and executing month-end closing procedures;
Verifying, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring alignment with subsidiary ledgers;
Conducting monthly general ledger account reconciliations and supporting internal financial control processes;
financial statement reporting, Import cost Build up and audit readiness;
Collaborating closely with operations and business office staff on financial matters;
Preparing government taxes and Declaring taxes on E-tax, Tass.

Job Requirements
Educational Background
B.A. or M.B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university
Professional Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience for B.A. holders, or 4 years for M.B.A./M.A. holders;
At least 2 years of experience in a senior accounting role;
Required Skills and Competencies;
Strong understanding of regulations, challenges, and opportunities in the import trading and other related sectors of Accounting Systems,
Working knowledge of financial best practices and accounting software like PEACHTREE Accounting and other Software;
Advanced understanding of finance and accounting principles, including IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure;
