INAYAZ Construction PLC, Construction Company that is engaging in the Building Constructon & Construction Material Supplier, Our Company is Seeking eligible and Qualified applicants for the position listed below .
We are interested to hire an experienced Candidate who has excellent comuncation skills, and positive attitued and is interested to work with the team .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering necessary information such as material quantities, equipment usage, labor wages, and project specifications directly from construction sites and office records to prepare detailed take-off sheets, bills of quantities, and specifications in collaboration with the engineering department
Collecting and organizing data on material prices, availability, equipment rental costs, and labor wages. Updating this information regularly, often weekly, to reflect current market prices and facilitate purchasing and budgeting processes
Verifying requested materials against delivered quantities and current prices, conducting cost analysis post-completion to assess material utilization and wastage, and ensuring data accuracy for all projects
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management and related field
Experience: 0-1 years of work Experience
Quantity: 3
