Position: Public Relations Specialist
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Level: Mid-Level
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking PR expert with deep understanding of the real estate industry, a passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing our public image, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering relationships with media and the community.
Duties & Responsibilities::
Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company's projects and initiatives.
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in real estate.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends for positive exposure opportunities.
Organize events, including property launches, open houses, and community outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.
Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication as needed.
Prepare reports on PR campaigns and media coverage for management team
Job Requirements
Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in public relations role, which minimum 3 years are in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful PR campaigns.
Experience working directly with media outlets and journalists.
Background in writing and producing various PR materials, including press releases and articles
Experience organizing events, press conferences, or promotional activities
Experience integrating social media with PR strategies
