Job Description

Awach Saving and Credit Cooperative Society is a dynamic and forward-thinking cooperative committed to delivering excellence in the saving and credit cooperative society. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Management and Communication Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.

  • Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

  • Manage and strengthen the company’s image through digital platforms, traditional media, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors for branding, PR, and media relations.

  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance and brand health metrics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communication, or a related role.

  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

  • Experience with content creation, media relations, and reputation management.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
