Job Description
Awach Saving and Credit Cooperative Society is a dynamic and forward-thinking cooperative committed to delivering excellence in the saving and credit cooperative society. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Management and Communication Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Manage and strengthen the company’s image through digital platforms, traditional media, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Manage external agencies and vendors for branding, PR, and media relations.
Evaluate and report on campaign performance and brand health metrics.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communication, or a related role.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with content creation, media relations, and reputation management.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
