Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to customers at the counter with professionalism and respect, ensuring a positive customer experience
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues related to accounts and transactions
Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, within assigned limits
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience : Year of Graduation: 2023 and 2024 CGPA: above 3.25
Experience: Not Required
Language: Af Somali
Additional Requirement: The applicant is required to pass the exit exam.
