Job Requirement:
Academic Qualification: PhD/Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or other related fields of studies.
General Experience: 11/10/4 years' relevant work experiences in non-Engineering or 10/8/4 years relevant work experiences in Engineering out of which 5/3/2 years in managerial position respectively
Training
A minimum of three weeks of training in contract law, efficient problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, contract drafting, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, negotiation tactics, data analytics, and knowledge of industry standards are prerequisites for the role
Afaan Oromo (Listening. Speaking, Writing and Reading Skills) is Mandatory.
