Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Officer with a real estate experience to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring timely payment collections, and work as a bridge between our sales and finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments from clients, utilizing various communication methods (phone calls, SMS, email, letters). Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to ensure timely payment.

  • Compose clear and effective emails and letters to clients regarding payment reminders, confirmations, and any necessary follow-ups.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts or payment processes. Deliver top customer service.

  • Act as a bridge between sales representatives and the finance team, facilitating timely issuance of payment receipts to customers

  • Assist in editing agreements to be made between the company and customers, ensuring necessary and mandatory terms and conditions are listed in the agreements

  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and communications to ensure a seamless workflow and follow-up process.

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, keeping detailed records of payment statuses by working closely with property management and finance. Update and maintain accurate records in the database.

  • Prepare regular reports on the status of collections, including overdue accounts and payment trends.

  • Provide insights and updates to management regarding collection efforts and challenges.

  • Identify  and  address any  issues that  may  hinder timely payments, working collaboratively with the marketing and management team to find solutions.

  • Effectively    manage    high-pressure    situations,    maintaining    professionalism    and composure while working towards resolving payments that are past due.

  • Understand the company’s goals and continuously work to align strategy with the company's objectives

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field of study

  • 3 years and above relevant work experience (must be in a real estate sector as Customer Service or Payment Collection)

  • Proficiency in email and letter writing

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
