Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of service advisors and front desk staff.

  • Ensure seamless communication between customers, workshop technicians, and EV specialists.

  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores and resolution timeframes.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints or service issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with workshop managers and parts departments to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of EV systems, warranty policies, and service campaigns.

  • Assist in training team members on EV-specific customer interaction and service processes.

  • Generate and analyze reports related to service performance, customer feedback, and workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive customer service, with at least 1\2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

  • Experience in EV service environments is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of EV systems and after-sales service processes.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with service management software and digital service booking tools.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.

  • Ability to train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
