We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional dishes, a strong understanding of diverse cuisines, and proven leadership abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals that are not only nutrition but also appealing in taste and presentation, while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Managing  kitchen inventory ,ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels of fresh ingredients to ensure high quality meal preparation

• Training kitchen staff on food safety practices, portion control, and proper cooking techniques to maintain a high standard of food preparation.

• Engaging with patients to gather feedback on meals and making adjustments as necessary to improve  their dining experience during their stay

• Ensuring compliance with health department regulations and standards specific to health care food service , including sanitation and food handling practice.   

• Commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety.

• Flexibility to work variable hours and participate in on-call duties as needed.

• Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

 Job Requirement:

Qualifications and skill :

• Education: Certificate in food preparation and above

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience.
