Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First line of support for end users in the department; be the “go-to” resource for resolving questions and problems

  • Identify and define the key business/user requirements.

  • Data analysis and management skill in an ERP implementation project.

  • Analyze, design and optimize business process flows and map to Odoo Enterprise ERP

  • Expertise in designing, setup and configuration of Chart of Account.

  • Create and maintain business process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, training documents and job aids

  • Identify training needs in the department; define and deliver training to end users

  • Define data required to measure business processes

  • Perform hands-on day-to-day execution of the finance business process in the department, and supervise/monitor end users in their execution

  • Support Continuous Improvement of the process including identifying gaps/problems/inefficiencies and leading efforts to resolve root causes

  • Collaborate with other Functional Key Users and technical Super Users to ensure successful end-to-end execution of cross-functional processes

  • Work directly with IT on implementation and support issues: define and document functional requirements, collaborate with IT to define solutions; test all changes; take ownership and sign off on all changes

  • Manage deployment of process changes including communications and training for end users

  • Identify, own and create data as required for process execution

  • Proactively identify and escalate issues

  • Be a change agent; drive adoption of changes

Job Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in consulting, implementing, developing and supporting of Odoo Enterprise, Oracle, SAP ERPs as a Key User or implementer (Finance Domain Expert); and with End-to-End implementation experience of at least 2 projects in Odoo Enterprise, Oracle, or SAP ERPs.

  • Identify and define the key business/user requirements.

  • Data analysis and management skill in an ERP implementation project.

  • Cross-departmental communication skill

  • Documentation and reporting skills in an ERP implementation project.

Education: 

BA or above in Finance/Accounting.
