Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and courteous Driver to support the transportation and logistics needs of our office. The Driver will ensure the safe and timely movement of staff and materials while also assisting with minor administrative tasks. This role demands excellent driving skills, good communication, and a service-oriented attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive staff and visitors to and from meetings, appointments, and field activities.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.

• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Assist in collecting and delivering documents and parcels.

• Follow traffic rules and uphold high safety standards.

• Maintain a logbook of all trips and fuel usage.

• Support office-related errands and logistics as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum completion of Grade 12.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven driving experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to communicate in both Amharic and basic English.

• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Team-oriented and cooperative mindset.

• Respectful, punctual, and dependable.
