Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff.

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

• Enforce quality control standards and ensure product quality.

• Maintain and manage production equipment and machinery.

• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage production budgets and control operational costs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality).

• Train and develop production team members.

• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.

• Monitor inventory levels related to production needs.

• Enforce company policies and ensure workplace discipline.

Job Requirement

• Second Degree/First Degree in food science or Related field of study From recognized university.

• 6/8 Years relevant Work experience;

• 3 Years of which in a similar capacity
