Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Operations:

  • Manage payroll processes, including distribution of pocket money.

  • Oversee inventory management and stock purchases; ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Monitor and follow up on sales entries using Peachtree software.

  • Coordinate delivery and payment collections (daily), whether cash, credit-based, or prepaid.

Ensure all payments are received within 3 days of delivery.

  • Prepare and submit payment requisition forms accurately and promptly.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain attendance records and manage employee leave schedules.

  • Handle proper filing and documentation of company records.

  • Support general administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting systems (Peachtree is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
