Job Title: Concrete Batching and Crusher Plant Manager
Location: Juba, South Sudan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our concrete batching and crusher plant. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction material production facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations of the concrete batching and crusher plant.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all plant equipment.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement.
Supervise and train plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor production metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to align production with delivery schedules.
Optimize plant efficiency through process improvements and cost control measures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in concrete batching and crushing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of plant machinery, batching software, and quality control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
