Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our concrete batching and crusher plant. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction material production facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the concrete batching and crusher plant.

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all plant equipment.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement.

• Supervise and train plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Monitor production metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

• Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to align production with delivery schedules.

• Optimize plant efficiency through process improvements and cost control measures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in concrete batching and crushing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, batching software, and quality control systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
