Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Under the supervision of the Auto Business Branch Head Level I, the Product Sales Officer I, is responsible for carries out duties of creating customer awareness towards actual purchasing using marketing methods such as physical presentation of products, specification, price details, presentation of sales manual kits and all other packages which are necessary to enhance selling; following up on the collection of bonds and settlement of outstanding payments.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Creates Awareness so that Buying Intention and decision to wards actual purchasing to be achieved using appropriate approved marketing tools like physical presentation of the product, specification, price details, presentation of sales manual kits and all other packages which are necessary to enhance selling success;

  2. Follows the status and controls the on time collection of bonds from customers and banks.

  3. Follows settlement of outstanding payments as per the agreement (i.e. balance payments, credit sales, debts, etc.);

  4. Directs the customer to effect payments in accordance to the agreement and liaises with the Finance Department   for the smooth and timely settlement of the payment for invoicing;

  5. Holds customer data base (contact addresses) and closely follows as per the terms and conditions of the issued proforma invoice and signed contract agreements and report the outcome to the concerned staff;

  6. Responds and handles all incoming customer calls;

  7. Accomplishes other related jobs as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • From recognized university/collage first degree in Management/Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing Management/ Business Leadership/ Marketing and Sales Management/ Automotive Technology/ Automotive Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field of study and 2/1 years /year related work experience
