Job Description
A Logistics Management System (LMS) Developer is a specialized software developer who designs, develops, implements, and maintains software solutions tailored for managing various aspects of logistics and supply chain operations. They work on systems that optimize the flow of goods, information, and resources from the point of origin to the point of consumption.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead system architecture and design for scalable and secure applications.
Develop and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers, and QA engineers.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Document system processes, architecture decisions, and development workflows.
Strong programming skills, database design, mentoring ability, and excellent communication.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience: 3+ years of experience in software/system development.
Required Skill
Proficiency in languages like Java, C#, Python, or similar.
Strong understanding of relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
