Data collectors are responsible for directly engaging with dealerships to gather survey responses accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow survey protocols carefully.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting Surveys: Collect data surveys from dealership personnel in person.

• Data Accuracy: Ensure all collected data is accurate, complete, and entered correctly into the designated collection tools (mobile apps).

• Adherence to Protocols: Strictly follow survey scripts, guidelines, and ethical considerations to maintain data integrity and respondent confidentiality.

• Problem Solving: Identify and report any challenges or issues encountered during data collection to their supervisor promptly.

• Reporting: Submit daily progress reports to their supervisor.

• Equipment Management: Responsible for the care and proper use of any assigned data collection equipment (phones).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

• Previous experience in data collection, surveying, or customer service is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for data entry.

• Ability to travel to various dealer locations as required.
