In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth service from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Process changes to existing bookings and handle cancellations in accordance with company policies.

  • Liaise with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
